This weekend marks Fest 14, the fourteenth edition of the annual Gainesville, FL festival started by No Idea Records in 2002. While a great majority of the artists performing at The Fest doesn't generally fall under the scope of the music covered here at Post-Trash, the festival is never without some gems for any taste, comprised of both nationally touring bands and some of Florida's finest DIY punk. Let us not forget, the Melvins, Pile, LVL UP, and Torche have played within the past few years. Here's our personal guide to the best Fest 14 has to offer... for those folks that tend to shy away from the pop-punk side of things (and hell, we're even throwing in a bit of that... it is The Fest after all).
